1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, Senatorgraphy offers destination wedding photography services. We are happy to travel to capture your special day; however, all travel-related expenses will be covered by the client.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, we assist with planning aspects that are directly related to photography, such as location scouting, poses, and shot ideas to ensure your engagement session is captured beautifully. However, anything beyond photography—such as event planning, catering, or styling—is outside our scope. For those services, we recommend consulting professionals in the respective fields

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

For portrait sessions, clients may reschedule up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the agreed session date. Cancellations must be communicated at least 168 hours (7 days) in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made later than these timelines may not qualify for a full refund. We kindly ask all clients to notify us in advance to allow smooth planning and accommodation.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, we provide digital files, prints, and albums based on your specific requests. We work with you to ensure you receive your photos in the format that best suits your needs.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?
